Rear Fatbike Electric Bike Conversion System (No Battery)

The E-BikeKit™ Rear Fatbike Conversion System (No Battery) is designed for riders who already own a compatible 48V lithium battery or are replacing an existing electric fatbike system.

This kit is built around a 750W nominal electric drive system operating at 48 volts with a high-output controller, delivering strong low-speed torque and responsive power when paired with an appropriate battery.

Compared to direct-drive motors, this fatbike-specific geared system is lighter, more responsive, and better suited to varied terrain, making it ideal for snow, sand, gravel, and off-road riding.

Who is this kit for? Riders who already have a compatible battery and want a powerful electric fatbike setup without purchasing a new battery. Recommended for total system loads up to 300 lbs.

Rear dropout spacing: 170mm standard (disc brake)
Optional spacing: 190mm for non-disc setups
Disc offset: 15mm at 170mm spacing
190mm disc setups: require a 10mm rotor spacer and longer rotor bolts (not included)
Chainline: 64mm standard

Rear wheels are built and spaced based on your selected configuration. Because fatbike frames vary, minor fitment adjustments may be required.

No battery is included with this kit. It is designed to be used with a compatible 48V lithium battery supplied by the rider.

Battery compatibility depends on connector type, discharge capability, and mounting method. Common mounting locations include downtube mounts, custom plates, or battery bags mounted to a rear rack.
