Refund policy

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Buyers may return any undamaged and unused kit and/or batteries, including all original contents, within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee per kit and/or battery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Cancellations

If an order is canceled before it has shipped and payment has already been made, EBIKEKIT LLC reserves the right to deduct any non-refundable credit card or merchant processing fees from the refund amount.

Once an order has shipped and is in transit, any cancellation will be treated as a return. In these cases:

• Outbound shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility
• Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility
• The refund will be issued minus all applicable shipping charges and the restocking fee

Returns for Repair or Replacement

All returns for repair or replacement must be approved in advance. Please contact EBIKEKIT LLC support before sending any item back.

Once approved, a support ticket will be created to track and communicate the progress of your claim.

Please note: All shipping charges related to returns or warranty repairs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing by EBIKEKIT LLC.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. After the refund is issued, please allow 3–6 business days for the credit to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
