Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

EBIKEKIT LLC uses FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all of its shipments. All larger items (kits, Li-ion batteries, racks) ship FedEx Ground from Pennsylvania unless otherwise requested. All small parts ship via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

All Li-ion battery packs are shipped from EBIKEKIT LLC in Pennsylvania via FedEx. Dangerous Goods handling applies, and a signature is required. USPS Priority Mail International is used for all international shipments.

Liability for Delivered Items

Please be advised that EBIKEKIT LLC is not responsible for items that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier but may have been stolen or misplaced after delivery. This includes situations where a package is left in a common mail area, lobby, porch, or similar location and subsequently goes missing.

Our responsibility ends once the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier. We strongly advise customers to provide a secure delivery location or make use of available FedEx Delivery Manager or USPS tools as needed.
