Rear Fatbike E-BikeKit Conversion System

The E-BikeKit™ Rear Geared Hub Motor Conversion Kit for Fatbikes is designed for riders who want maximum performance from a fatbike platform without the weight and drag of a direct-drive motor.

This system uses a 750W internally geared fatbike hub motor with a 5:1 planetary reduction and internal clutch. The clutch provides zero drag when pedaling without power, while the geared design delivers excellent low-speed torque, strong hill-climbing ability, and high overall efficiency.

Compared to direct-drive motors, this fatbike-specific geared motor is lighter, more responsive, and better suited to varied terrain, making it ideal for riders who want performance without sacrificing handling.

Who is this kit for? Riders who want a powerful, torque-rich electric fatbike for mixed terrain use. Recommended for total system loads up to 300 lbs. Heavier applications should consider a heavy-duty direct-drive system.

Rear wheels are built and spaced based on your selected configuration. Because fatbike frames vary, minor fitment adjustments may be required.

This system includes a 48V 15Ah downtube-style lithium-ion battery and charger.

The battery includes its own mounting rail designed to attach using two standard water-bottle bosses. No additional battery mounting hardware is included or assumed.

The battery may be mounted anywhere a secure two-bolt pattern can be installed, including the downtube, a custom mounting plate, or inside a battery bag mounted to a rear rack.
