How It Works

- Identify the culprit: When the issue clears, you’ve found the failed component.
- Return the rest: Keep the working replacement part and contact us for a return label for unused items.

I wasn’t very convinced that the rescue pack was going to be the solution to the problems I was having with my Catrike Expedition. I ordered the Tri-classic rescue pack because I couldn’t find another solution. it arrived in a few days and it was immediately clear that the folks at E-BikeKit put a lot of thought into the contents of the kit. By Only replacing the controller and thumb throttle I was able to resolve what had appeared to be a complex set of symptoms. The assist system is working perfectly now. I returned the other three parts and I am extremely happy with how the process turned out. Thanks very much!
