High-Performance Front-Wheel E-BikeKit Conversion System

The E-BikeKit™ Front Geared Hub Motor Conversion Kit is ideal for riders who want a fast, efficient electric assist while keeping their rear wheel and drivetrain unchanged.

This system uses a 500W internally geared hub motor with a 5:1 planetary reduction and internal clutch. The clutch provides zero drag when pedaling without power, while the geared design delivers excellent torque, strong hill-climbing ability, and high overall efficiency.

Compared to direct-drive motors, the geared design is lighter, more responsive, and better suited to stop-and-go riding, making it an excellent choice for performance-focused riders.

Front-wheel configuration: This system installs in a standard 100mm front fork and is compatible with disc-brake and non-disc configurations (selected at checkout).

Who is this kit for? Riders who want maximum performance, lighter weight, and higher cruising speeds without altering their rear drivetrain. Recommended for total system loads up to 300 lbs. Heavier applications should use a heavy-duty direct-drive system.

This system may be ordered with or without a battery. When included, the battery is a downtube-style 48V lithium-ion pack that includes its own mounting rail designed to attach using two standard water bottle bosses.

No additional battery mounting hardware is included or assumed. The battery may be mounted wherever the customer chooses, provided there is a secure surface where two mounting holes can be installed. Common mounting locations include the downtube, inside a frame triangle, on a custom plate, or inside a battery bag mounted to a rear rack.
