The E-BikeKit™ Rear Wheel Conversion System is a performance-focused electric bike conversion kit designed for riders who want strong acceleration, efficient cruising, and a balanced rear-wheel drive configuration.

This system is built around a 500W nominal electric drive system operating at 48 volts with a high-output controller, delivering responsive real-world power for everyday riding, hills, and variable terrain.

Rear-wheel configuration: This system is supplied as a complete rear motor wheel and requires selecting the following options to ensure proper fit:

• Wheel size
• Freewheel (7-speed standard, others available)
• Rear dropout spacing (OLD)
• Disc-brake or non-disc configuration

Rear wheels are assembled and dished to match your selected configuration. Because frames vary, some installations may require minor adjustments.

This conversion system includes a 48V lithium-ion battery designed to mount on the downtube using standard water-bottle bosses.

Battery placement depends on your frame design and preferences. Most riders mount the battery on the downtube, while alternative mounting locations such as a rear rack or frame bag may also be used when compatible.
